Fitness class for mums and babies/toddlers/pre-schoolers
Using simple yet effective exercises to get your heart rate up and build strength. Suitable from 6-8 weeks post-natal, tailored to individual postpartum needs. Whether you’re new to fitness or a regular gym-goer, this class will offer exercises suitable and scalable to all levels and all post-natal conditions.
As a mum myself to two little people, I know how hard it can be to make time to exercise and keep the little ones entertained. Now you can do both! These classes give mums an opportunity to train with their little ones without having to worry about the stress of childcare and enjoy doing something together in a safe environment. You’ll also meet other mums and feel supported, motivated and most importantly never judged.
Asleep or awake, babies/toddlers will be right by your side whilst you get fit and have fun. (Equally, you don't have to bring little one - if you fancy a little break come just you anyway!) Whatever you need to do – feed little one, stop to change a nappy, give them a cuddle – anything goes. Pre-school children welcome too, they’ll love it as much as the babies/toddlers, even "joining in" with a few of the exercises if they wish!
Having been a Personal Trainer and class instructor since 2011, I’m incredibly passionate about helping people to feel confident, fitter and happier. I always say exercising should be about finding something you “enjoy” (I say “enjoy” – because let’s be fair, we don’t always enjoy it at the time!) – so let’s get started!
