Service Description

Each week we will focus on circuit based training that can be as light or as challenging as you feel able. Incorporating compound and functional movements into the programme each week to support you in your day to day activities with your little ones. Our focus will be on building both strength and stamina. Suitable from 6-8 weeks postpartum. You will be asked to complete a brief survey to identify any specific training needs and to ensure that you are safe to exercise. I began my fitness and nutrition qualifications back in 2017 when I had become increasingly frustrated with the amount of misinformation and contradictions out there. I wanted to know for myself. So it began as a journey of self-care more than anything else. I quickly realised however that I wanted to support other women on their routes to fitness and nutrition as well. I am TLC because not everything comes down to aesthetics or even strength, sometimes it is about how we feel, how we are encouraged or supported, how we are motivated. Sometimes that needs to be with some tough love, sometimes with gentle encouragement but always with me as your fiercest advocate. So we get sweaty, we set goals, we smash them and we remind ourselves, always, that we are warriors. That's what I am about. I bring with me a host of qualifications including level 3 Personal training, a multitude of nutrition certificates, specialisms such as kettlebells and I am a qualified women's exercise specialist. I cant wait to provide a safe space for us to love fitness, laugh together and importantly feel amazing.
