We would always encourage you to 'take time for you' and have a moment of mindfulness away from all the chaos of the everyday especially at Christmas time. Our mindfulness events try new practises that and guide you into being in the present, the here and now.

An evening just for you

You will have the chance to decorate either a gorgeous mug or beautiful trinket dishes using a range of paints and brushes. Take a look on Pinterest and come armed with ideas and inspiration, as a group share these ideas and then get started with your masterpiece. 

We will provide refreshments and nibbles to keep you going as well as advice from Jem.

She will then take the mugs and trinket dishes back to be fired in a Kiln and she will then let you know when they are ready to be collected from the Playhub just in time for Christmas.
