Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel a play session booking so we are able to offer the space to those on the waiting list. Your booking will be refunded if we are given 24+ hours notice.
We appreciate cancelation requests instead of no shows so we can fill those play spaces. You can cancel via the website form, on the app, or by responding to your reminder email. Please note that any refunds are processed manually so may take up to 2 working days to be actioned. Thank you for your support.
