Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel a play session booking so we are able to offer the space to those on the waiting list. Your booking will be refunded if we are given 24+ hours notice.
We appreciate cancelation requests instead of no shows so we can fill those play spaces. You can cancel via the website form,(https://www.beweirdbewildbewonderful.com/cancel-booking) on the app,(https://apps.wix.com/place-invites/invite-lp/46730b1c-a5f0-420f-8cbd-124f5b1f2877?ref=mam) or by responding to your reminder email. Please note that any refunds are processed manually so may take up to 2 working days to be actioned. Thank you for your support.
