This session is for you to enjoy with your little one - planned creative activities for children aged 2-8 years.

The Beach

Let’s explore and get creative on the beach

• Using pastel paint pens decorate your own bucket & spade or beachball.
• Sand creations with runny glue, sand, pasta shaped shells and stickers.
• Our playdough table will be filled with an array of different shells to push into yellow and blue playdough .

Learning through play

Creatively Curious uses activities to support and develop areas of learning within the early years foundation stage, using tools to strengthen little fingers ready to support the first stages of pencil control. Activities that encourage positioning of stickers and small creative resources help with hand eye co-ordination and fine manipulative skills. Using paints, glue and pens encourages meaningful marks to start to take shape.

Without even mentioning the possibility of language, mathematical and social development there is a huge amount of learning packed into these creative sessions.
