About the Event
Designed to guide you on an 8 week mindfulness journey this course will teach you how to live more in the ‘now’.
So often we get caught living in “auto pilot”, and miss so much of what’s happening around us and within us!
This course will will help you to be more present and aware, creating a sense of inner calm. Exploring meditation, breathing techniques, mindful movement, mindful eating and noticing the little things that bring us joy.
Each week we will uncover different mindfulness practices, journal, relax and chat.
There will be delicious refreshments provided as well as all equipment including blankets, yoga mats and lavender scented eye pillows.
