Service Description

Please select the number of tickets you require, all adults and children require a ticket. If you hold a membership with us please select just one member ticket option for your booking. Children remain the responsibly of their parents/guardians at all times in the playhub. Please park in a designated playhub space or there is plenty of parking locally.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel a booking so we are able to offer the space to those on the waiting list. Your booking will be refunded if we are given 24+ hours notice. We appreciate cancelation requests instead of no shows so we can fill those play spaces. You can cancel via the website, on the app, or by responding to your reminder email. Please note that any refunds are processed manually so may take up to 2 working days to be actioned. Thank you for your support.
